Dale Smucker remembered for work ethic, humor

Utility values profits more than the landscape

Shame on Ohio Edison for its recent policy change which calls for the complete removal of trees under some of its power lines.
This new policy replaces a longstanding practice of trimming these trees rather than completely destroying them.
