Medina man faces firearm charge

MEDINA — Christopher Pakietur, 21, of 163 Glenshire Lane, was charged Thursday with discharging a firearm within city limits, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, police said.

A tornado touched down in Sullivan Township about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, damaging the Black River Education Center’s gymnasium roof, both the district’s modular classrooms and several vehicles.
