Kenneth A. York, 44, of 500 Seville Road, Apt. B4, Wadsworth, was indicted Wednesday on two counts of felonious assault, second-degree felonies; one count of aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.
