Dec. 13 was a night of celebration as 35 scouts were recognized for attaining Eagle status during 2007. At least 100 people were at the Lafayette United Methodist Church for the first-ever Chippewa District Eagle Recognition Ceremony honoring the achievements of these outstanding young men at the district level.
