SULLIVAN TWP. – Black River senior Robert Altenburger has signed a letter of intent to run cross country at Judson (Ill.) University.
Altenburger, a two-time regional qualifier with the Pirates, won the Patriot Athletic Conference championship and league MVP award in 2007.
