York building becomes history

Demolition of the school building — built in 1922 and officially closed in December 2003 — has begun.

Schools make grade on state report cards

Rash of break-ins targets area salons

A rash of break-ins occurred this week, many targeting area salons in Medina, and Medina and Montville townships, police said.
Six break-ins involved forced entry by breaking windows or doors open and occurred between Sunday night and early Monday morning, police said.

2-vehicle crash closes Rte. 224 for short time
