Group allegedly tries to cash fake checks

MEDINA TWP. — Four Cleveland residents were charged with forgery after two reportedly attempted to cash fake payroll checks at Wal-Mart Monday afternoon, police said.
Township police arrested Minyon Matthews, 38, Janell Calloway, 38, Freddie Deveaux, 25, and Jeremy Scott, 22, after Matthews and Deveaux allegedly tried cashing the checks at 3:11 p.m., [...]
