– At 10:21 a.m. Oct. 23, police pulled over a black Pontiac Grand Prix on Interstate 71 north for speeding. The driver, Lisa Downing, 39, of 3552 Huffman Road, Medina Township, was unable to provide proof of insurance and officers found Downing’s license was suspended.
