Frank S. Hachtel, 102, of Ashland, passed away Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, at Brookwood Place at the Brethren Care Village in Ashland.
He was born April 22, 1906, in Dundee, Ohio, to George and Mary (Fankhauser) Hachtel. He was engaged in farming all his life. Mr. Hachtel attended Homerville United Methodist Church.
