How do I reach the circulation department?
To start home delivery, for vacation stops, service inquiries or vending machine refunds, call 330-721-4000 or 800-MEDINA3 (633-4623) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.

How do I obtain back issues of The Gazette?
Back issues of The Gazette are available for 40 cents a copy and can be purchased by visiting the switchboard receptionist at The Gazette, 885 W. Liberty St., Medina, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.

We do not keep many back issues in stock, so they are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What do I do if my newspaper is not being delivered to my home properly? On time? Consistently?
A simple phone call to the circulation department usually is sufficient. One of our customer service representatives will take your call and clear up any delivery problems you are experiencing.

I already paid my bill. Why did I get another one?
We may have made a billing error. However, it’s likely the bill was printed before we had a chance to receive and record your payment. If you already have sent your payment, disregard the invoice. If you continue to get invoices, let us know immediately and we will correct the problem.

When is it time to renew my subscription?
We send out renewal notices well before your subscription runs out. We mail in advance to allow you enough time to reply and to give us enough time to process the payment before your subscription expires.

What if I choose not to renew my subscription?
Call the circulation department immediately. Do not assume delivery will stop automatically if you do not send us your renewal payment. You will be billed for all papers delivered until we are ordered to discontinue by you.
