Beatrice White Crush, 103, passed away Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007.
Beatty lived her entire life in the Lodi/Burbank area. The greatest loves in her life were children, friends, and later her dolls. She was an accomplished quilter and produced many beautiful heirlooms. She also liked to sew, garden and collect antiques. She was a member of Burbank United Methodist Church and served many years as a board member of the Lodi Community Hospital Auxiliary. “Mom†Crush told all of us about being a child laborer and working in the fields of the Garden Isle as one of the muck angels.
She is survived by her children, Margaret and Douglas (Geri); 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; sons, Robert and Jack; and grandson, Brad.
Graveside service: 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Burbank Cemetery.
Visiting hours: 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Parker & Son Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi.
The family would like to give their heartfelt gratitude and thanks to Helen Garver, who cared for Mom for many years, and also to the staff of the Apostolic Christian Home, who gave her loving care and became her family in her final years.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Christian Home, 10680 Steiner Road, Rittman, 44270.
