I just read where the new Medina Library will not reopen for another seven weeks. I find this amazing.
On a day in 1998 (I forget the exact date) the old Hong Kong Airport in Kowloon closed at midnight. The total operation of the airport was moved to Chek Lap Kok off of Lantau Island and commercial operations resumed six hours later. This was truly amazing!
Seven weeks to move the library. Give me a break. One week, two at the most, should have been adequate.
