Grand jury indictments

– William A. Hudson, 33, of Newburgh Heights, was indicted by a Medina County grand jury Wednesday on a count of illegal conveyance of weapons or prohibited items onto grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony.

He previously was indicted on a count of aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony. The additional charge, which stems from an Oct. 23 incident, could result in five years in prison.

– Lee D. Long, 19, of 235 Canterbury Drive, Medina, was indicted Wednesday on a count of robbery, a second-degree felony. The charge, which stems from a Nov. 8 incident, could draw up to eight years in prison.

– Robert E. Lemon, 34, of 485 Trease Drive, Wadsworth, was indicted Wednesday on a count of failure to verify his address as a sexually oriented offender, a third-degree felony. The charge stems from a Nov. 7 incident.

– Jeremy T. Swaney, 31, of Sandusky, was indicted Wednesday on a count of failure to register a change of address as a sexual offender, a fourth-degree felony. The charge, which stems from a Nov. 9 incident, could draw up to 18 months in prison.

– Peggy L. Massey, 54, of Cleveland, was indicted Wednesday on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. The charge, stems from a Nov. 15 incident, could draw up to one year in prison.

– Andrew Fogler, 20, of North Ridgeville, was indicted Wednesday on two fifth-degree felony counts of forgery. The charges stem from incidents on Nov. 6 and 7.

– David R. Hatchmeyer Jr., 41, of 193 Main St., Apt. 513, Wadsworth, was indicted Wednesday on a count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony. The charge stems from a Nov. 15 incident.

– Deren E. Woods, 26, of Cleveland, was indicted Wednesday on a count of possession of drugs (marijuana), a fifth-degree felony. The incident stems from an Oct. 15 incident.

– Robert S. Sutton, 20, of 1870 Wilbur Road, Granger Township, was indicted Wednesday on a count of possession of drugs (oxycodone), a fifth-degree felony. The charge stems from a Nov. 20 incident.

– Robert L. Eiben, 34, of Amherst, was indicted Wednesday on a count of failure to register his change of address as a sexually oriented offender, a third-degree felony. The charge stems from a Nov. 16 incident.

– Joseph J. Moats, 21, of 7400 Hidden Acres Road, Medina, was indicted Wednesday on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. The charge stems from a Nov. 21 incident.
