Air Force
Airman Colin P. Vance graduated on Nov. 9 from Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. He will remain at Lackland for further studies for Security Forces training. After tech school, Vance will be stationed at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. He is a 2007 graduate of Black River High School and is the son of Les and Kelly Vance of Sullivan.

Army
Pvt. Amanda Baker of Seville graduated from basic training Nov. 2 at Fort Jackson, S.C. Currently she is in advanced training
at Fort Lee in Virginia.

Pvt. Matthew Baker of Seville graduated from basic training at Fort Knox, Ky. Currently he is in advanced training at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri.

Air Force Reserve Airman Sean A. Cesareo has arrived for duty at the U.S. Army Recruiting Station, in Youngstown Air Reserves, Vienna, Ohio. Cesareo, a security forces apprentice with one year of military service, is assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing. Cesareo is a 2006 graduate of Brunswick High School.

Alesha E. Cullin has joined the United States Army under the Delayed Entry Program. Cullin, a 2007 graduate of Buckeye High School, will report to Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, Mo., for basic training in May.

Army Reserve Pvt. Donald S. Kuzmickas has graduated from Basic Combat Training at Fort Knox, Ky.

Navy Seaman Apprentice Lisa J. Gurnick of Brunswick recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.
