Robert Witnik, 60, passed away at his home.
He was employed as a lineman for SBC, belonging to local union 4340. Mr. Witnik enjoyed fishing and was an avid Cleveland Indians, Cavs and Browns fan. He served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam era.
Those left to remember Mr. Witnik are his sons, Eric, Shawn and Adam Witnik; grandchildren, April, Heidi and Austin; brother, Stanley (Denise) Witnik; sister, Jean (Raymond) Cosari; stepfather, Andrew Froncek; his loving in-laws, the Sapola family; and many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (nee Sapola); parents, Lawrence C. Witnik and Thelma M. Froncek; brother, Lawrence; and sister-in-law, Judy Sapola.
Cremation has taken place and all services were private.
Family arrangements were handled by Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Medina.
