Glen Boepple, 64, of Brunswick, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Hospice of Southwest General Health Center.
He was born April 14, 1943, in Cleveland and was a Brunswick resident for 13 years, previously of Mentor. Mr. Boepple was president of Metal Forming Lubricants Inc. of Elyria. He loved golf and NASCAR.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Arlene (nee Arden) Boepple; sons, Rick (fiancÃ©e Amy Gibson) Boepple and Cal Arden; daughters, Kay (Mark) Gilghrist and Nancy (William) Sutton; daughter-in-law, Linda Purdue-Kiefhaber; brothers, Henry (Diane) and Bruce (Winnie) Boepple; sister, Patricia (Joseph) Camarata; and grandchildren, Matthew and Nicholas Gilghrist, Scott and Courtney Arden, Robert and Katrina Worton, Erin and William Sutton, and William and Matthew Arden.
He was preceded in death by his son, Bill Arden; parents, Glen and Marie (nee Leitheiser) Boepple; and brother, William Boepple.
Service: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (one-half mile south of state Route 303), Brunswick. The Rev. Carl Czirr will officiate.
Interment: Hope Memorial Gardens, Hinckley Township.
Visiting hours: 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
