Chiropractic/spinal health classes
Free classes on chiropractic and spinal health, presented by Brunello Chiropractic Clinic, will be held at 7 p.m. every other Monday at the clinic, 600 E. Smith Road, Medina. Cloverleaf Recreation Center
The Cloverleaf Recreation Center offers many options for seniors at a reasonable rate. The facility includes a six-lane indoor track and equipment for light weight-lifting.

Hinckley Seniors Club
The Hinckley Seniors Club will meet at 1 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Hinckley Township Hall. Refreshments and cards will follow the meeting. Next yearâ€™s dues will be collected. On Oct. 8, the group will travel to Hale Farm and Village. They will meet at the town hall at 10:30 a.m. to carpool. Bring a bag lunch and beverage. Admission is $11; the cost to carpool is $3. The Jolly Seniors meet at 10 a.m. every Thursday at Pearl Crossing, 19205 Pearl Road (next to Petittiâ€™s), Strongsville. The group fellowships together, shares concerns, needs and joys and studies the Bible. Their mission is to reach out to all seniors regardless of church affiliation.

The Medina County Area Chapter 2095 of the AARP will meet Sept. 12 at Dragon Buffet in Medina. Registration be-gins at 11:30 a.m. The cost is $8 and includes a tip.
Beth Kilchenman and Kitty Dilley of the Medina County Chapter of the American Red Cross will talk about what the Red Cross does to assist people and ways to volunteer.

Medina Senior Citizens will meet at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 9 at the Eagles Hall, 696 Lafayette Road, Medina.

St. Ambrose Seniors

St. Francis Xavier Seniors
The St. Francis Xavier Seniors Club for seniors 55 and older, meets at 1 p.m. the first Wednesday of every month in the Xavier Room at St. Francis Xavier School, 612 E. Washington St., Medina (next to the church); enter off Smith Road.
Meetings are a mix of social gatherings, games, speakers or programs. Dues are $5 per year, due in October, but members may join at any time during the year. Each person attending contributes $1 per meeting to defray the cost of refreshment supplies. Members also are requested to donate baked goods or other refreshment once a year. A 50/50 drawing is shared at each in-house meeting.

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese exercise program for whole body health that includes slow, gentle, full range-of-motion movements. Senior Fun Tennis games are held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday at the Medina High School courts on East Union Street.
