Hinckley Township

– A resident in the 800 block of Center Road reported someone broke into his garage and stole his all-terrain vehicle between 8 p.m. Sept. 23 and 4:30 p.m. Sept. 24.

Lodi

– Police responded to a verbal dispute in the 200 block of Church Street at about 1:40 p.m. Sunday. One resident reported his neighbor, a dog owner, was punching his dog in the face. The neighbor reportedly said he was punching the dog because it got into the trash. The resident told him to stop punching the dog and they got into a verbal dispute. No charges were filed.

– A resident in the 300 block of Gilbert Street reported someone threw eggs at her car and squirted mustard on it between 10:30 p.m. and midnight Friday.

Medina Township

– An unlocked safe in Denny’s, 3105 Medina Road, was entered and $365 was stolen between 11 p.m. Monday and 6:55 a.m. Tuesday.

– Between 4:05 and 4:40 p.m. Sept. 26, $600 was stolen from a cookie jar in the 4000 block of Monterey Drive.

– Between 3 p.m. Sept. 23 and 7 a.m. Sept. 24, $16 worth of gas was siphoned from a vehicle in the 3000 block of Hamlin Road.

– Golf clubs and accessories worth $1,765 were stolen from a house in the 3000 block of Granger Road while the residents were on vacation between 8 a.m. Sept. 21 and 2 p.m. Saturday.

– A window of a garage at Fun Pool, 3900 Pearl Road, was broken and $1,033 in cash was stolen between 1:30 p.m. Sept. 23 and 10:11 a.m. Sept. 26.

– Three juvenile girls were caught by security at Kohl’s, 4095 Pearl Road, reportedly stealing $139 worth of undergarments between 5:37 and 5:57 p.m. Sept. 18. A 14-year-old girl from Medina Township and two 15-year-olds — one from Medina and the other from the township — were released to their parents. Charges of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, were forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor for review.

– Security at Kohl’s, 4095 Pearl Road, stopped Frances Carpenter, 29, of 3813 Avon Lake Road, Litchfield Township, for allegedly stealing $486 worth of clothes, perfume and jewelry between 4:45 and 5:35 p.m. Sept. 26. She was cited for theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

– A 17-year-old Brunswick girl reportedly stole $46 worth of computer software, a computer game, M&M’s and whipped topping from Wal-Mart, 4141 Pearl Road, between 7 and 7:23 p.m. Sept. 3. She was detained by store security until police arrived and a charge of theft was forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor for review.
