Thomas V. Poulton, 69, of Seville, passed away Friday, Sept. 12, 2008, in San Antonio, Texas.
He was born in Detroit. Mr. Poulton was the retail manager for Kmart, and manager and district manager for various retailers for 30 years. He was a member of Seville Presbyterian Church and the Men’s Breakfast Club at church. Mr. Poulton enjoyed golf and traveling. He was a Navy veteran.
Mr. Poulton is survived by his wife of 47 years, Kathleen of Seville; daughter, Julie (Dale) Godette of Birmingham, Ala.; son, Michael (Stephanie) Poulton of Mobile, Ala.; father, Russell Hoxie of Traverse City, Mich.; sisters, Letha and Adrienne; brothers, Jerry, Jon and Benjamin; and grandchildren, Jamie, Bailey, Kody, Amelia and Chloe.
He was preceded in death by his beloved mother.
Celebration of Life: 11 a.m. Saturday at Seville Presbyterian Church, 101 Center St. The Rev. John Bassman will officiate.
Burial: 2:30 p.m. Friday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman.
