- While an officer in a police cruiser was on patrol in the 1900 block of Rocklyn Drive at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday, a car traveling in the opposite lane drove over the center line, forcing him to move the cruiser to avoid hitting the vehicle.
After the officer pulled the car over, he reportedly smelled marijuana coming from it. When confronted, the driver said he had smoked marijuana earlier in the day but there was not any in the car.
Upon a search of the vehicle, officers reportedly found a bag of marijuana in the center console and charged Sean Adamini, 19, of 1128 N. Carpenter Road, with drug abuse.

- At 11:54 p.m. Monday, police pulled over a car without taillights in the 1200 block of Pearl Road. One officer recognized the passenger in the vehicle, Brandon Will, 18, of 1564 Palmer Circle, who had a warrant out for his arrest.
Upon searching Will, officers reportedly found a glass pipe with marijuana residue in his front shirt pocket and a plastic container with trace amounts of marijuana in his front pants pocket. Will was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse.

- An employee at Drug Mart, 1673 Pearl Road, called police at 2:45 p.m. Nov. 4 after she allegedly caught a woman stealing eyeliner valued at $3.99. Misty Baisden, 19, of 3821 Fernwood Drive, was charged with theft.
