Tuesday, July 27

1:21 p.m. — 700 block Miner Drive, a woman’s wallet reported stolen from a vehicle.

5:47 p.m. — 100 block of W. Sturbridge Drive, a concrete bird feeder reported stolen from a front yard.

Wednesday, July 28

7:14 p.m. — 800 block Walter Road, a woman called police because she thought there may have been a fight, but later realized it was just a group of Marine Corps recruits.

7:41 p.m. — 1000 block N. Court St., jewelry valued at $20,000 reported stolen.

Sunday, Aug. 1

8:27 a.m. — 300 block E. North St., a vehicle was spray-painted overnight.

Monday, Aug. 2

12:27 a.m. — 900 block Shorewood Drive, officers unable to locate a suspicious person running through a backyard.

Tuesday, Aug. 3

10:20 a.m. — 3000 block Country Club Drive, a woman reported her mother’s vehicle was vandalized with mustard and glue while parked on Country Club Drive.

Friday, Aug. 6

10:41 a.m. — Rustic Hills Drive, a resident reported someone stole a GPS unit, pocketknife and old cell phone from a vehicle. The GPS unit later was found in a Normandy Park backyard.


Friday, July 30

10:42 p.m. — 4400 block Lafayette Road, Lafayette Township, checks and a Tupperware bowl with about $500 in loose change reported stolen from a home.

Monday, Aug. 2

5:03 p.m. — 3700 block Avon Lake Road, Litchfield Township, a computer, digital camera, spare change and a Wii console reported missing.

Wednesday, Aug. 4

3:58 a.m. — 7000 block Richman Road, Chatham Township, deputies responded to a report about a fight and found a car had been damaged.

9:30 p.m. — 500 block Lake Road, Chippewa Lake, a resident reported someone wrote on her car in crayon.

Friday, Aug. 6

9:56 a.m. — Tonio’s Pizza, 3940 Avon Lake Road, Litchfield Township, the business was broken into and cash was taken.

10:28 p.m. — Medina County Fairgrounds, 710 W. Smith Road, Medina, a 12-year old Medina girl, a 15-year-old Seville girl, two 15-year-old Litchfield Township girls, a 16­year-old Chippewa Lake girl and a 14-year­old Wooster girl were cited for disorderly conduct.
