Three-year-old Zander Helfrich and his teacher Christina Combs read a book together Tuesday. Zander is a student at Medina County Schools’ Educational Service Center Growing Tree Preschool, which combines special-needs and typical students in the same classroom. The preschool is conducted at Waite Elementary in Montville Township. However, in two school years, it will be moved to the soon-to-be home of the ESC on Remsen Road in Medina Township.
