Brunswick police

Sunday, March 20
12 a.m. — 1400 block Clearbrooke Drive, a resident reported someone used her bank account number to make purchases online.
Wednesday, March 23
7 a.m. — Crestview Elementary, 300 W. 130th St., a worker reported the rear back window of a locked van was broken out and tools were stolen.
8:30 a.m. — Cherryshire and Mary Ellen drives, a purse was found on the property.
5:27 p.m. — 1200 block Old Eagle Drive, a resident reported someone entered her townhouse by forcing the back door open with a tool and stole about $1,000 worth of jewelry.
Thursday, March 24
9 a.m. — Mooney Field, 2002 Windsor Drive, a park employee found windows had been smashed in with a rock or other object. Damage is estimated at $200.
4:52 p.m. — Brunswick Tax Service, 3698 Center Road, officers responded to reports of a woman causing a disturbance. Police reportedly observed the woman trying to drive away and backing into the officer’s leg. She then allegedly refused to exit the vehicle. Julie Sawicki, 34, 2185 Pilgrim Valley, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting an officer and obstructing official business.
Friday, March 25
12:38 a.m. — Burger King, 3276 Center Road, marijuana reportedly was found during a traffic stop. Jared Faiella, 24, of 1245 Center Road, Hinckley Township, was charged with drug abuse and drug paraphernalia possession.
9:18 p.m. — 600 block East Drive, a resident reported seeing a suspicious man on her property more than once.
Saturday, March 26
1 p.m. — Hopkins Park, 3889 Laurel Road, several lawn ornaments were found broken and scattered around the park. A building had minor damage from being struck by the ornaments.
3 p.m. — 1900 block Thorpe Circle, a resident reportedly found prescription pills in his home and said he did not know where they came from.
Sunday, March 27
6 a.m. — 300 block Winchester Lane, a resident reported someone gained entry into his home by breaking a basement window. Nothing was reported stolen.
10:15 a.m. — 12 Step Club, 1480 Pearl Road, someone reportedly forced open the hinged iron security gate, entered the club and stole a safe and a cash box and about $420.
12:42 a.m. — Center and South Carpenter roads, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun reportedly were found during a traffic stop. Adrian Smalls, 23, of 810 Oak St., Medina, was charged with drug paraphernalia possession and carrying a concealed weapon.
3 p.m. — Woodhollow Drive, a resident reported his three unlocked vehicles were entered and a radar detector, GPS unit and an outlet converter were stolen.
4:20 p.m. — Walgreens, 1337 Pearl Road, about $4,550 worth of tools were reported stolen. Security footage showed two white males pushing the equipment out the front of the building.
Tuesday, March 29
3:02 a.m. — 4000 block Skyview Drive, a man involved in a domestic dispute allegedly was disorderly after officers arrived. Joshua Arbogast, 28, of 4090 Skyview Drive, Apt. 181, was charged with domestic violence and persistent disorderly conduct.
5 p.m. — 600 block Redstone Circle, a resident reportedly found drug paraphernalia in his yard.
9:21 p.m. — 3500 block Villa Casa Court, a resident reported someone charged $220.65 to her debit card.

Saturday, March 19
6:30 a.m. — 4300 block Elm Street, a resident reported some kind of white substance was put in her vehicle gas tank.
Sunday, March 20
2:42 a.m. — Pearl and Grafton roads, marijuana reportedly was found during a traffic stop. Jacob Vinch, 26, of Cleveland, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession.
Sunday, March 27
11:15 p.m. — 900 block Marks Road, a resident reported a trailer tire had been punctured with a knife.

Hinckley police

Tuesday, March 22
4:55 p.m. — 1700 block Hawksledge Court, a resident reported credit card fraud.
