At the Medina County Vietnam Memorial in Medina, an afternoon ceremony honored those lost in Vietnam, including 33 from Medina County. Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 385 put on the annual event, which honored each branch of the military and featured several members of Rolling Thunder and various VFW posts.
