Tuesday, July 26
7 p.m. — Ambrose and Rolling Hills drives, a woman went to the police station to report a man driving a black pickup truck unzipped his pants and exposed himself to her 13-year-old daughter while she was walking on the sidewalk. The man then drove away.
Wednesday, July 27
10:19 a.m. — Donutland, 1321 Pearl Road, a man reportedly was intoxicated and banging on the door of the business. He reportedly told police he was looking for a ride home. Gary Sunkle, 41, of 1253 Cherry Lane, was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
2:13 p.m. — 1270 block W. 130th St., two windows were reported broken on a pickup truck.
7:30 p.m. — 4300 block Laurel Road, a BMX bike was reported stolen.
9:05 p.m. — 4000 block Skyview Drive, while investigating a hit-skip accident, two suspects reportedly ran into an apartment to evade police. Officers reportedly tried to talk the men out and then breached the apartment door and found the two men inside. Ronald Johnson, 31, of Vermillion, was charged with falsification. Edgar MacKenzi, 28, of 4076 Skyview Drive, Apt. 188, was charged with obstructing official business and was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Parma.
Thursday, July 28
3:25 p.m. — Applewood Elementary, 3891 Applewood Drive, a window was reported damaged.
Saturday, July 30
7:15 a.m. — 4100 block St. James Drive, prescription pills were reported stolen from a vehicle.
11:15 a.m. — 1100 block Mulberry Lane, a bicycle was found.
Sunday, July 31
6:30 p.m. — 3400 block Hanover Drive, someone reportedly tried to gain entry into a house, but nothing appeared to be stolen.
11:30 p.m. — 800 block Charlotte Drive, cash and a stereo faceplate were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Monday, Aug. 1
1:53 p.m. — Giant Eagle, 3440 Center Road, a loss prevention officer reported a woman bought groceries, put them in her car, re-entered the store and allegedly walked out with $99 in unpaid groceries. She reportedly told police she was on food stamps and stole because she was hungry. The woman was allowed to keep the groceries she had purchased and asked the officer citing her to put them in her friend’s car. While putting them in the car, the officer reportedly was attacked by the woman’s dog, a Chihuahua. He reportedly sustained several bites to his left arm but did not require medical treatment. Evelyn Morton, 64, of 344 Quail Roost Drive, Medina, was charged with trespassing, theft and failure to register a dog.
Tuesday, Aug. 2
11:33 p.m. — 4100 block Hilltop Drive, a stereo faceplate was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
11:59 p.m. — 3200 block Pinecrest Drive, a resident reported seeing a woman go through his unlocked vehicle. Candace Dose, 31, of 3234 Pinecrest Drive, was charged with theft.


Monday, July 25
10:32 a.m. — 300 block Springtree Drive, Liverpool Township, a resident reported unauthorized use of an ATM card in the amount of $102.94.
Thursday, July 28
8:23 a.m. — 6100 block Neff Road, Liverpool Township, a combination safe containing $30,000 to $32,000 was reported stolen from a business. Also stolen was a coffee can containing an unknown amount of money. Pry bars were found at the scene.
Saturday, July 30
7:45 a.m. — 7200 block Honey Shade Court, Lafayette Township, several items, including a bank card, Home Depot card, driver’s license and Social Security card were reported stolen from a vehicle.
