Bucks roll Monday night with wins in bowling

NORTH RIDGEVILLE — Buckeye’s bowling teams were on a big roll Monday night.

In North Shore Bowling Conference action at the Brunswick Zone, the boys beat Wellington 2,369-1,996, the girls bested the Dukes 1,564-1,250 and the Buckeye junior varsity boys prevailed 1,935-1,016.

Cory Schultz paced the Buckeye boys varsity with a 455 series (206-249). Ryan Brooks added a 433 series (238-195) for the Bucks.

Morgan Hawk rolled a 278 series (130-148) to lead the Buckeye girls. Pang Hang chipped in a 268 series (124-144) for the winners.

Jonathon Ingham bowled a team-leading 454 series (242-212) for Buckeye’s junior varsity boys team.

GRAFTON —Emily Mosher rolled a team-leading 349 series (195-154) at Grafton Lanes to lift the Pirates to this NSBC victory. Alexis Lange added a solid 311 series (143-168) for Black River.

GRAFTON — Ty Knarr led the Pirates with a 317 series (131-186) in this NSBC loss at Grafton Lanes. Alex Dimond helped lift the Black River junior varsity boys team to a 1,037-280 victory on the strength of a 276 series (149-127).
