BRUNSWICK — Brunswick High School VOFT’s third annual charity event will take place tonight when Brunswick hosts Elyria in a Northeast Ohio Conference Valley Division boys basketball game.

VOFT charity night T-shirts are available in the Brunswick athletic office for $10. With the T-shirts, students will receive free admission to the game, pizza and drinks. Adults, who purchase a T-shirt, will receive pizza and drinks but will have to pay admission to the game.

Students at Elyria High held a fundraiser at their school on Friday for the charity night.

All proceeds will benefit the Diane J. Plumlee family. Plumlee, who has three students in the Brunswick school system, was killed in an Oct. 18 accident.

There will be a brief tribute to Plumlee between the varsity and junior varsity games around 7:15 p.m.
