Wednesday, Oct. 24
12:47 a.m. — Skyler M. Elliott, 20, of Albany, was charged with illegal window tint, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol.
2:14 a.m. — Bryan A. Stadnicar, 24, of 4283 Beverly Hills Drive, Apt. 241, was served with a warrant for failure to appear.
Thursday, Oct. 25
4:22 p.m. — Derek M. Smith, 20, of 841 Substation Road, was served with a warrant for failure to comply.
11:18 p.m. — Michael J. Shienkaruk, 28, of 4783 Cottonwood Lane, was charged with obstructing official business, trespassing and drunkenness after a foot chase with police officers during which one officer fired an electronic stun device to subdue Shienkaruk.
Friday, Oct. 26
10:34 p.m. — Dustin T. Eck, 25, of 574 Judy Lane, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired following a property damage crash in the 3800 block of Center Road.
5:51 p.m. — Federico R. Christopher, 49, of 9877 Turning Leaf Terrace, was charged with driving while impaired following a traffic stop.
Saturday, Oct. 27
4:20 a.m. — Ronald J. Schmelter, 55, of 994 W. 130th St., was charged with a noise disturbance, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. The report noted the charge was elevated because it was the fifth time Schmelter had been cited at that address in the last two months.
6:08 p.m. — Henry J. Nicholas, 28, of 675 Juniper Lane, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired following a property damage crash at Center Road and Interstate 71.

11:16 p.m. — Amanda M. Milojevic, 25, of 1523 Garfield Ave., was charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct.
Monday, Oct. 29
11:51 a.m. — Anthony S. Lee, 21, of Elyria, was served with a warrant for failure to appear.
5 p.m. — 1600 block Stoneybrook Lane, a laptop computer was reported stolen.
Tuesday, Oct. 30
8:05 p.m. — Melvin D. Colburn, 47, of Ashland, was served with a warrant for failure to comply.
