MEDINA — The newly formed Medina City Development Corp. meet for the first time at 5 p.m. today in the multipurpose room of City Hall, 132 N. Elmwood Ave.
On the agenda for the meeting is recognition of board members, discussion of potential projects and funding.
The nonprofit corporation was formed to encourage economic development and make it easier for the city to acquire property for redevelopment. It has the power to lease or sell property, including city property, make loans and apply for grants.
