Juanita Louise “Wendy” Polomsky, 58, a resident of Brunswick Hills, died Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at the Cleveland Clinic.

She is the beloved wife of Michael; dear mother of Michael Ray (Jessica), Jennifer Catherine Esterle (Kurt) and Douglas Anthony (Courtney); daughter of the late Gordon and Rebecca Berr; sister of Margaret Reardon, Lynnea Berr and the late Jack Hope; grandmother of Alexis, Lily and Garrett. She is survived by her beloved dogs, Fiona and Finnigan. Friends may call Saturday, November 10, 2012, from 2 until 4 P.M., at the Baker, Osinski, Kensinger Funeral Home, 206 Front St., Berea, where funeral services will be held at 4 P.M., following calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
