2 to 8 p.m. — Civil War Christmas (Medina County Historical Society, 206 N. Elmwood Ave.).
3:30 p.m. — Ice-carving demonstration by Elegant Ice (Public Square).
4-5 p.m. — Men of Independence Championship Chorus (gazebo).
4-7 p.m. — Living Nativity by Medina Presbyterian Church (Public Square).
4-9 p.m. — Shuttle buses running from the Medina High School/Union Street lot to Public Square.
5-9 p.m. — Bus rides around town and to Root Candles.
5:30 p.m. — Holiday Parade of Lights (historic district) presented by World Truck Towing.
7 p.m. — Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive (Broadway Street).
7 p.m. — Fireworks (view from Public Square) sponsored in part by RPM International, T&M Associates and private donors.
7-9 p.m. — Photographs with Santa Claus, proceeds go to HMC Hospice of Medina County.
7:30-9 p.m. — Mary’s Lane Celtic and Rock Christmas concert (gazebo).
Noon to 1 p.m. — Just Jazz Sunday brunch (Main Street Cafe, 17 Public Square).
