Eugene Stamm

Eugene Stamm, 80, passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday, December 4, 2012.

Eugene is survived by his wife of 60 years, Velma (Warner) Stamm; daughters, Ginni Lane of West Virginia, Barbara Yehnert of Medina; daughter-in-law, JoAnn Stamm of Brunswick; sister, Janet Dickman of Bay View; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ester Stamm; brothers, Robert and Richard Stamm; brother-in-law, Duwayne Dickman; sons, Curtis Edward, Eugene Raymond; and daughter, Vickie Jo Stamm.

Eugene was most proud of being one of the Founding Fathers of the Granger Volunteer Fire Department, serving as a fireman for several years and retired from I.U.O.E. Crane Operators Union.

Eugene chose to donate his body to Medical Research to aide in future caregivers training. Therefore there will be no viewing or graveside service.

In lieu of flowers, Eugene’s family suggest donations be made to the Granger Fire Department or the charity of your choice.
