Fredrick “Fred” T. Gilhousen, 68, of Hinckley, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013. He was born January 9, 1944, to Truman and Louise (nee Choffey) Gilhousen, in Cherry Tree, Pennsylvania.

Fred enjoyed gardening, watching sports and going out to dinner with friends. He also was an avid golfer.

He is survived by his loving brother, John (Barb) Gilhousen of Seville; cherished nephews, John (Meng) Jr., Keith, and Brian (Eileen) Gilhousen; niece, Kelly Turcheck; and treasured great nephews and nieces, Noah, Mei, Grace, Kevin, and Ryan Gilhousen, Alex and Jared Turcheck.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends may call Saturday, January 5, 2013, from 12 Noon until 4 P.M., at Waite and Son Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick 44212. Services will be held 4 P.M., Saturday, at the funeral home.
