Sunday, Dec. 23
1:18 p.m. — Akron Road, an officer cited Kenneth J. Butts, 30, 296 Brockwood Road, with disorderly conduct after a road-rage incident.
Sunday, Dec. 24
4:07 p.m. — 222 E. Smokerise Drive, Mary Ballash, 33, Barberton, was cited for theft after police said she tried to leave Walmart without paying for a purse full of merchandise.
Thursday, Dec. 27
12:36 p.m. — 1297 High St., an officer met with a city resident about the fraudulent use of a credit card.
5:53 p.m. — 143 Broad St., an officer responded to Marathon gas station about a cell phone theft.
Friday, Dec. 28
8:43 p.m. — Interstate 76 and High St., an officer pulled over a motorist for not driving with headlights at night. Travis C. Ragar, 18, Clinton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, drug abuse and resisting arrest.
Saturday, Dec. 29
6:57 p.m. — 222 E. Smokerise Drive, an officer responded to Walmart about a reported theft of more than $1,000.
Tuesday, Jan. 1
12:54 p.m. — 100 block Pardee St., a resident reported the theft of a purse and GPS unit from an unlocked vehicle.
1:09 p.m. — 100 block Trease Road, an officer responded to a residence about property damage. A motorist had driven a car through the front yard overnight and struck a mailbox. The estimated damage was $75.

Sunday, Dec. 23
3:22 p.m. — 100 block S. Market St., a resident reported a side window of his home had been broken. A check of the interior determined entry wasn’t gained.
