The following people appeared in Common Pleas Court Monday, according to Medina County Prosecutor Dean Holman:

• Amanda Eastridge, 29, of Miner Drive in Brunswick, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions, with 30 days in jail, on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

• Jesse Fury, 26, of Engle Road in Middleburg Heights, was sentenced to nine months in prison on one count of theft, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.

• Georgia McDonnell, 47, of Elyria Street in Lodi, was sentenced to two years of probation, with 14 days in jail, on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

• Erica Norman, 21, of Grill Road in Clinton, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions, with 30 days in jail, on one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. She also was ordered to pay $2,234.85 in restitution.

• Amy Reindl, 60, of Boston Road in Brunswick, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of felonious assault, a third-degree felony.

• Michael Zahurak, 22, of Lakewood, was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions on one count of burglary, a third-degree felony.

• James German, 21, of Kryder Avenue in Akron, pleaded not guilty to one count of complicity to commit theft, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 19.

• Michael Pavelko, 23, of Remsen Road in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 13.

• Brandon Ward, 19, of Laurel Road in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of robbery, a second-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 19.

• You Biao Yang, 39, of East Reagan Parkway in Medina, pleaded not guilty to four counts of attempted kidnapping, all of which are third-degree felonies and carry a sexual motivation specification; two counts of attempted abduction, fourth-degree felonies; and two counts of menacing by stalking, first-degree misdemeanors. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 19.

The following people appeared in Common Pleas Court Thursday:

• Melissa Allen, 44, of Bennington Boulevard in Brunswick, was sentenced to two years of community control sanctions on one count of theft, a fourth-degree felony. She also was ordered to pay $2,342 in restitution.

• Jacob Hannahs, 19, of Nave Road in Massillon, was sentenced to two years in prison on one count of attempted aggravated burglary, a second-degree felony.

• Misty O’Brien, 22, of Howe Street in Lodi, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony.

• Damon Robinson, 26, of Dalton Fox Lake in North Lawrence, was sentenced to two years of community control sanctions on one count of trafficking in marijuana within the vicinity of a juvenile, a fourth-degree felony. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

• Jeremy Rogers, 27, of Cleveland Road in Creston, was sentenced to six months in jail on one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony.

• Erik Sands, 42, of South Main Street in Rittman, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

• Venis Tate, 57, of Lodi Road in Lodi, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions, with 180 days in jail, on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• James A. Baker, 30, of Canterbury Drive in Strongsville, pleaded not guilty to one count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 4.

• Donald Cowan, 40, of Hanover Drive in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 5.

• William D. Hillis III, 50, of Reagan Parkway in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 5.

• Charles Paine, 21, of Pine Lake Drive in Medina, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in heroin, both of which are fourth-degree felonies and carry a forfeiture specification. Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 7.

• Kathy Saunders, 30, of Miner Drive in Medina, pleaded no contest to one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 7.

• Alex Seese, 24, of Stuber Street in Akron, pleaded not guilty to one count of receiving stolen property (motor vehicle), a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 4.

• Ashley Wilson, 27, of Plum Creek Drive in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of tampering with evidence and three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, all third-degree felonies; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. A jury trial is scheduled for March 4.

• Marie Wilson, 40, of South Academy Street in Lodi, pleaded not guilty to two counts of endangering children, third-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for March 5.
