Ricky D. Brown, 55, of Medina, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Medina Hospital. He was born February 6, 1957, in Indore, West Virginia, to Omer and Edna (nee Williams) Brown.

Ricky was employed as an Operator at Owens Corning in Medina. He married Karen Ann (nee Perry) on November 13, 2002, and shared his love with two children. Ricky will be missed by his wife, children, Suzanne (Rob Lowe) McDermott and Treva McDermott; grandchildren, Thomas Veverka, Ashlynn Collins, Billy Lowe; siblings, Erma (Dencil) Weese, Doris (Rich Jones) DeBoard, Roger (Candice) Brown, Elizabeth (Clarence) Cochran, James (Dianna) Brown and Michael (Barbara) Brown; and also to include his companion dog, Tabby.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and sibling, Darrell, in 2011.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2013, from 6 to 8 P.M., at Carlson Funeral Home, 3477 Medina Road (Rt. 18 and River Styx Rd.), Medina. Funeral Service will be held at 10 A.M., Thursday, January 10, 2013, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Memory Garden, Brunswick.
