Sunday, Dec. 30
12:52 a.m. — Rashella T. Futch, 31, Cleveland, charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and a marked lane violation.
1:41 a.m. — John J. Ulch, 29, Cleveland served with a warrant for failure to appear in Parma Municipal Court.
Tuesday, Jan. 1
8:15 p.m. — 4400 block Laurel Road, two televisions, a tablet and a PlayStation console reported stolen from an apartment with no forced entry. The resident told police she suspects someone she knew may have broken into the apartment.
Friday, Jan. 4
10:20 a.m. — Kyle R. Kehoe, 23, 1470 Clearbrooke Drive, Apt. 116, served with a warrant for failure to appear on a driving under suspension charge.
6 p.m. — Jamie L. OHara, 29, 1128 Meadowbrook Blvd., served with a warrant charging him with larceny for theft of a firearm.
7:15 p.m. — Christina M. Manley, 40, 4259 Regal Ave., charged with operating a vehicle while impaired with an alcohol test refusal. According to Brunswick police, Manley rear-ended a car on Pearl Road just south of Center Road. Manley was charged for not submitting to a breath test because she had four prior OVI charges in the last 20 years. According to police, Manley was charged with OVI in 1993, 1997, 2001 and 2005.
Saturday, Jan. 5
12:27 a.m. — William P. Albaugh, 29, Parma, served with a warrant for failure to appear.
9:42 p.m. — Emily C. Waldron, 27, Michigan, charged with animal cruelty after leaving a small black lab puppy in a car. Neighbors complained after seeing the dog barking and whining for a few hours and shivering in the cold, according to a police report.
Sunday, Jan. 6
12:37 a.m. — Joshua M. Dragony, 22, 3736 Williams Drive, issued a citation for speeding and possession of marijuana.
3:34 a.m. — Francis Faust, 44, of 4383 Glenbrook Drive, Apt. 302, was charged with disorderly conduct (intoxication) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Roger L. Rollins, 43, 4383 Glenbrook Drive, Apt. 302, charged with drug possession (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
6:09 a.m. — Lee E. Mushat, 35, 82 Ashleigh Drive, charged with domestic violence.
Monday, Jan. 7
6:55 p.m. — 4200 block Duke Court, phone, GPS unit and medicine reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Tuesday, Jan. 8
7:49 p.m. — Darin R. Gregg, 33, 832 Glenrock Road, charged with reckless operation, speeding, failure to control, fleeing and eluding, hit and run and obstructing official business. According to Brunswick police, Gregg was clocked at 76 mph on Hickory Ridge Avenue. When a Brunswick officer attempted to pull him over, he continued and tried to turn east onto Wolff Road, where he struck a tree and fled on foot at 11:28 p.m. Monday. Officers followed his path in the snow but lost Gregg. After consulting with the owner of the vehicle, they identified Gregg as the one driving the car. The vehicle was towed and returned to the owner.
On Tuesday, Gregg went to the Brunswick police station and turned himself in. He told officers had been distracted while driving when his taco fell onto his lap and that his boot became stuck under the pedal of the car, causing him to speed and crash. Gregg told officers he panicked when he saw police and took off running.
9:29 p.m. — Monte E. Utlak, 45, 1029 Substation Road, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and a license plate violation.
