MEDINA — The church was packed to capacity and cars overflowed the parking lot and lined the street for Second Baptist Church’s 14th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day service.
About 160 people attended the service, including city, county and township officials.
MEDINA TWP. — Fewer people than usual attended the 14th annual Commissioners’ Charity Ball this year, due to illness and the flu going around, but it was no less glamorous.
The same amount of money was raised this year as last year, said Medina County Commissioner Pat Geissman.
