Jeffrey Alan Holzworth, 70, died Sunday, January 27, 2013. He was born August 10, 1942 in Dover, Ohio, to the late Glenwood and Thelma Holzworth.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Linda Holzworth; daughter, Hilary (Chris) Hassinger of Wadsworth; son, Brett (Kirsten) Holzworth of Wadsworth; grandchildren, Drew, Hayden, Luke and Reese Hassinger; sister, Holly (Larry) Gordon of Avon and brother, Brad (Connie) Holzworth of Columbus.

Rev. Daniel Doty will conduct a memorial service Friday, February 1, 2013 at 11 A.M. at Trinity United Church of Christ, 215 High Street, Wadsworth.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
