Real estate tax deadline nears in Medina County

MEDINA — County homeowners have exactly one week to pay their first-half property taxes — and this year they can pay them online.

ACLU seeks removal of Jesus portrait in Ohio school

Medina County commissioners OK water, sewer rate hikes

Medina County water and sanitary sewer rates are rising.

County commissioners approved increasing the county water rate, effective Feb. 1, from $5.95 to $6.30 per 1,000 gallons. The sewer bill will rise 50 cents — from $29.25 per month to $29.75 per month — starting March 1 for most customers, according to County Administrator Chris Jakab.
