Court report for Feb. 7

The following people appeared in Medina County Common Pleas Court on Thursday, according to county Prosecutor Dean Holman:

• Nicholas Bianco, 28, of Texas, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of trafficking in oxycodone, a third-degree felony, and one count of trafficking in marijuana and two counts of trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree felonies. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

• William Cole, 49, of Inman Street in Akron, pleaded not guilty to one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 10.

• Rebecca McGeorge, 26, of Fulton Road in Canton, pleaded not guilty to one count of complicity to commit trafficking in heroin, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 8.

• Mary Oglesbee, 20, of North Vine Street in Medina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for April 8.

• Konnie Oglesbee, 60, of North Vine Street in Medina, pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, two of which are fourth-degree felonies and two of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for April 9.

• Dale Owens, 39, of LongviewDrive in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 9.

• Wayne Reinke, 41, of South Main Street in West Salem, pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 9.

• Angel Wade, 24, of East Walnut Street in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of trafficking in marijuana, a second-degree felony, and one count of permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony. Both charges carry a forfeiture specification. A jury trial is scheduled for April 8.
