Clarence E. Powell, 65, passed away Friday, February 22, 2013. Clarence was born on June 25, 1947 in Wagarville, Alabama to Rosetta (Hayes) Powell and the late Wilmer Powell.

Clarence is survived by his wife, Renee Luvenia Powell; his children, Clarence E. Powell, Jr., Michael Powell, Michelle Powell, Jackie Powell, Renee Powell, and Keisha Powell; his siblings, Rose Mary Powell and Wilmer Powell, Jr.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Annie Marie Powell.

Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
