BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Freshman Scholarship program has four $1,500 scholarships available for graduating seniors this year thanks to Brunswick Eagles Aerie 3505.

“We do these scholarships because we are people helping people. It’s what we do at the Eagles,” said Phil Frate, president of the Eagles. “We also do this because we recognize that the leaders of tomorrow are actually among us today as our children and our young adults.”

Only children and grandchildren of members of Brunswick Eagles Aerie 3505 will be considered for this scholarship.

Members must have been paying dues for at least a year and must continue to be a member throughout the applicant’s first year of college.

To pick up applications, Eagles members can look at the Eagles central main bulletin board.

For more information about the scholarship, email beagles349@gmail.com.

Applications are due by midnight March 11.

“Good luck to all applicants and sponsors,” Frate said.
