Medina County Court Log for March 5

The following people appeared in Medina County Common Pleas Court on Monday, according to county Prosecutor Dean Holman:

• Joshua Jones, 24, Douglas Avenue in Mansfield, was sentenced to nine months in prison on one count of sale of dangerous drugs and one count of trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felonies.

• Emily Price, 21, Chestnut Street in Wadsworth, was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions, with 45 days in jail, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. She also was ordered to pay $4,935 in restitution.

• Angel Traxler, 34, Red Oak Drive in Seville, was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions on one count of assault of a peace officer, a fifth-degree felony.

• Anita Yex, 30, Grafton Road in Brunswick Hills, was sentenced to six months in prison on two counts of deception to obtain dangerous drugs, fifth-degree felonies. Her driver’s license was suspended for five years.

• Antonio Bradley II, 21, Euclid Beach Boulevard in Cleveland, pleaded not guilty to two counts of trafficking in cocaine, one a fourth-degree felony and one a fifth-degree felony. Both charges carry a forfeiture specification. A jury trial is scheduled for June 10.

• Ryan Donnelly, 29, East 95th Street in Garfield Heights, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for June 17.

• Rebecca Leidal, 23, First Street in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 22.

• Steven Licata, 53, New York, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of more than 1,200 cigarettes not bearing stamps, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 13.

• Michael Lucan, 22, Stillwood Drive in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of receiving stolen property (check), and one count of theft, fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for June 12.

• Brandi Tomko, 36, Ridge Road in Wadsworth, pleaded guilty to two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, Checks, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. Sentencing is scheduled for April 15.

• Raymond Daniel Volpone, 45, Meadow Lane in Parma, pleaded not guilty to one count of discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for June 10.

• Colin Wojdacz, 32, Seville Road in Seville, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for March 11.
