8:48 a.m. — Gerald R. Mansberry, 44, 3327 Marvin Ave., Cleveland, served with a warrant for failure to comply at the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office in Elyria.
3:36 p.m. — Brooke A. Medas, 33, North Royalton, served with a warrant for operating a vehicle while impaired at the Cuyahoga County jail in Cleveland.
Thursday, Feb. 28
10:37 a.m. — John L. Guy, 37, Ravenna, charged with speeding and driving under suspension for failure to pay child support, and failure to reinstate a license after he was stopped in 1400 block of Maxwell Blvd. Guy had four warrants for his arrest related to child support charges.
5:33 p.m. — Shane A. Wuensch, 19, 837 Pennys Drive, Brunswick, served at home with four warrants from the Medina County Sheriff’s Office for drug violations.
Saturday, March 2
2:49 a.m. — Lorie A. Boskovitch, 26, of 618 Dennison Ave., Elyria, charged with OVI and a marked lane violation after she was stopped at Center Road and Congressional Ave. Police reported Boskovitch had a blood-alcohol level of 0.168 when she was arrested.
3:10 a.m. — Samantha J. Reffert, 23, 639 Almas Court, Brunswick, charged with failure to control and OVI. According to a police report, officers went to her home and found her damaged car parked next to her condo. The report said Reffert admitted to damaging a stop sign at the corner of Alpine Hill Court and Pearl Road before parking her vehicle in front of her home. Reffert had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.127 at the time of her arrest, police said.
6:30 p.m. — 1100 block Krndia Court, items reported stolen from a vehicle and a tire on the vehicle slashed.
Sunday, March 3
2:40 a.m. — Katherine E. Nicholson, 24, Strongsville, charged with OVI and operating in a weaving course after she was pulled over in the 800 block of Pearl Road. Nicholson’s blood-alcohol concentration was 0.259 at the time of her arrest, according to police.
7:39 p.m. — Michael T. Sweeny, 62, 4599 Wolff Drive, Brunswick, charged with OVI and failure to control. Officers responded to the 4300 block of Center Road after Sweeny got his car stuck in the mud at the side of the road. Sweeny had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.218 following his arrest, police reported.
9:15 p.m. — Anthony E. Outrich, 20, Parma Heights, served with a warrant for failure to comply after he turned himself in to Brunswick police.

4:19 p.m. — 2500 block Marland Drive, a garage was broken into.
Friday, Feb. 22
4:14 p.m. — Charles C. Rogers, 37, no address given, served with a warrant.
