ARLINGTON — The Indians losing streak is alive and well.
Texas beat the Tribe 6-3 Monday to hand Cleveland its season-high eighth-straight loss.
The Rangers put a run on the board in the second inning, but the Indians came back to take a 3-1 lead in the middle of the third.
It didn’t last.
Texas tied the game at 3-all in the bottom of the fourth and took the lead for good with three more runs in the bottom of the seventh.
Cleveland’s Scott Kazmir (3-4) took the loss. He pitched six innings allowing four runs. He walked a pair and struck out five.
