Stephen Alexius Kuzyk, Sr., 93, of Chippewa Lake, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the Inn at CoalRidge in Wadsworth. He was born March 22, 1920 in Cleveland, to Harry and Anna (nee Terebuch) Kuzyk, the youngest of three children.
