Priscilla P. “Pat” Frisk, 83, of Medina, passed away quietly Tuesday morning, September 24, 2013, at West View Manor, Wooster. Priscilla was born October 4, 1930, in Portland, Maine, to Edson and Mary Noyes. On August 28, 1954, she married James M. Frisk, Sr. He preceded her in death on December 20, 2007.
She was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Valley City. Priscilla had worked at Liverpool Elementary School for several years. She and Jim owned and operated the Dairy Knoll and the Dairy Isle in Medina.
Surviving are three sons, James M. Jr. (Sara) of Wooster, John (Stacy) of Brentwood, Tennessee, Jeff, of Maryville, Tennessee; one daughter, Jann (Todd) Wiemken of Napoleon; grandchildren, Jaime (Matthew) Miller of Wapakoneta, Matthew Frisk of Findlay, Annie (Dwight) Osteen of Franklin, Tennessee, David (Jennifer) Frisk, of Atlanta, Georgia. Chelsea and Megan Bell of Brentwood, Tennessee, Zachary, Nicole and Kaitlyn Wiemken of Napoleon; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Edson, Jr. of Buxton, Maine; and many nieces and nephews.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents; and a step-sister, Ruth.
A private memorial service will be held for the family. Bauer Funeral Home, Valley City is assisting the family.
Burial will take place in Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Valley City.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the loving and caring staff of West View Manor, Wooster, and Life Care Hospice, Wooster.
