The following people appeared in Medina County Common Pleas Court on Monday, according to county Prosecutor Dean Holman:

• Joshua Fox, 36, South Danbury Circle, Medina, sentenced to two years of community control sanctions on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

• Jody Groleau, 41, West 46th Street, Cleveland, sentenced to five years of community control sanctions on one count of non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony.

• William Johnson, 49, Stratford Avenue, Wadsworth, sentenced to five years of community control sanctions on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony, and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

• Scott Morgan, 45, Quarter Horse Lane, LaGrange, sentenced to 18 months in prison on three counts of public indecency, third-degree felonies.

• William Osiek, 50, Tampa Avenue, Cleveland, sentenced to one year of community control sanctions on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Antoine Petty, 23, Chamberlain Road, Fairlawn, sentenced to four years in prison on robbery, a second-degree felony.

• David Calhoun, 39, Keys Place, Akron, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Jan. 29.

• Michael Costick, 32, Medina Street, Lodi, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Jan. 13.

• Darick Hinerman, 21, Greenwich Road, Seville, pleaded not guilty to one count of trespass into habitation, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 16.

• Ryan Ward, 25, North Broadway Street, Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 2.

• Keon Williams, 26, Shelby Avenue, Akron, pleaded not guilty to two counts of trafficking in heroin, fourth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for Jan. 13.

• Troy Willse, 18, Brentfield Drive, Wadsworth, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in LSD within the vicinity of a juvenile, fourth-degree felonies, and one count of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was sentenced to six months in prison.
