Marvin L. Clutter, 78, of Gassaway, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2013 at home. He was born February 28, 1935, son of the late Raymond and Iva Saffle Clutter.
Marvin was a retired foreman for General Motors, Cleveland, with 32 years of service. He loved bluegrass music and going to the Braxton County Senior Center every day.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Phillip Clutter of Loveland, Ohio and Clayton Clutter of Lodi.
He is survived by his sons, Richard Clutter of Lodi, Tim Clutter (Pat) of West Salem and Wayne (Donna) Clutter of Lodi; daughter, Rhonda McKown of Sutton, West Virginia; brothers, Dayton Clutter of West Salem and Leon Clutter of Diana, West Virginia; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Service will be 11 A.M., Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway, West Virginia, with Rev. Johnny Conrad officiating. Burial will follow in the West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin, West Virginia. Friends may call from 6 to 9 P.M., Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at the funeral home.
